Wait for the mount process to proceed and for a mount successful message to be given (hopefully). Pick a drive letter to be used to mount the image file. Right-click on the image file then select True Image then Mount. Navigate to where your ATIH 2016 image file is stored. If you don't already have it, please download the Log File Viewer app (link in my signature) and check your TibMounter log files to see if there are any relevant messages shown in these.Ĭan you also try the following option in Windows Explorer. TIB files in Windows Exporer with no problem at all, as shown in the attached screen shot. I have the same TibMounter patch installed on my Windows 10 systems with ATIH 2016 and can open my 2016. The progress bar stalled again.Ĭould you contact Acronis and have them test the Tib Archive Monitor on 2016 Tib files please? According to my testing, the Tib Archive Monitor does not work on True Image 2016 incremental backup files. I let File Explorer run a full ten (10) minutes unabated. I then copied a True Image 2016 tib file to my local drive and tried opening it with File Explorer. I could see all the backup sets and directories and files. I copied a True Image 2012 tib file to my local drive and it successfully opened with File Explorer. ![]() I checked //Program Files (86)/Common Files/Acronis and the four TIB Monitor directories are all there, just like in your screen shot. The new Tib Monitor, as viewed in Programs and Features is still 10.6 MB in size, not the larger 33.6 MB size as in your screen shot. ![]() All of my installation steps were exactly like the screen shots you attached above. Opened it with File Explorer and double clicked the msi file.
